How to Choose Suitable Plastic Pallet?

塑料托盘的选择应综合考虑承载要求、使用场景和预算。以下是关键点：

1. 选择材料

Polyethylene (PE): 耐冲击，耐低温，适合室温储存；

Polypropylene (PP): 高硬度，良好的耐热性，适合高温或化学腐蚀环境。

2. 结构类型

九腿型：轻量级，适合短期周转；

Three-runner shaped: 强大的承载能力，支持四向叉，适合叉车操作；

Six-runner shaped: Closed structure, good anti slip performance, suitable for heavy goods;

Double-sided: Available on both sides, with high space utilization but high cost.  ‌

3. 载荷能力

注塑成型三跑道风格托盘：动态载荷1-2吨，静态载荷4吨，货架载荷1-2吨；

吹塑双面托盘：动态载荷2吨，静态载荷6吨。

有必要根据货物的实际重量匹配托盘类型，以避免超载和损坏托盘或造成安全隐患。

4. 尺寸

标准尺寸包括1200 × 1000mm、1100 × 1100mm等，需要与货架和叉车的操作空间相匹配；

当预算有限时，可以考虑九腿设计（成本较低），对于高承重和堆叠要求，建议使用三跑道或六跑道形状。

5. 注意事项

Prioritize selecting suppliers who have passed ISO certification to ensure product quality and after-sales service;

Blow molded trays can increase their load-bearing capacity by adding weight, while injection molded trays with steel bars can enhance their performance.
